Adult Autism and ADHD Assessments
(18 years and over)

Dustin offers comprehensive Autism and ADHD assessments for adults. Because Autism and ADHD often overlap, it’s best practice to assess for both at the same time. This helps ensure you receive a clear, accurate understanding of your experiences and support needs.

What to Expect

Animal Love

1. Demographic and Intake Form

To start, you’ll complete an intake form in your own time and email it back to Dustin. This helps him learn a bit about you.

Going for a Drive

3. Self-Report Questionnaires

After your interview, you’ll complete 5–6 online questionnaires at your own pace. Each one is multiple-choice and usually takes 5 to 30 minutes to finish.

Dandelion

2. Diagnostic Interview (via Zoom)

You’ll then meet with Dustin online for an in-depth conversation about your life experiences, strengths, and challenges.

Please allow up to 3 hours for this session. Some people take around 1.5 hours, others closer to the full 3 hours—everyone’s different.

Seashells

4. Feedback Session and Report

Once everything is reviewed, you’ll have a feedback session (30–60 minutes) with Dustin via Zoom. He’ll go through your results, answer any questions, and provide a written diagnostic report that’s emailed to you for your records.

Assessment Fee

$2,000 AUD
Payment can be made in full or through part payments. If you’d like to discuss payment options or need flexibility, please reach out to Admin — they’re happy to talk it through with you.

Please Note

An Autism or ADHD assessment does not automatically guarantee NDIS approval. The NDIS may request extra documentation or input from other professionals such as a GP, Occupational Therapist, Paediatrician, or other specialist. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this process, please discuss them with Dustin.
